recipient of the 2nd Japan SDGs Award Special Prize! 👏✨
👨👩👧👦 Inspired by their “Kangaroo Commute” initiative,
which supports employees by offering a space for their children to study and stay,
we’ve implemented our own version: the “Kangaroo Pocket.”
It was a valuable opportunity to share ideas
and discuss ways to create a more comfortable and supportive workplace 🌿
We’ll continue to exchange ideas
and work together to build an environment where everyone can thrive 💡
